My Life is Worth Living

Wonder Media created 7 powerful animated stories for the Cook Center for Human Connection told over 24 episodes. In each episode, relatable teen characters wrestle with challenges that are all too familiar for many teens and discover strategies to cope when it feels like their own thoughts are against them. Over the course of each character’s journey, they realize that “life is worth living.”

My Life is Worth Living:

Each “My Life is Worth Living” animated story is meant to be a conversation starter between educators, parents and teens. The classroom activities are printable resources to help reinforce the lessons learned from each character’s story.

My Life is Worth Living

The Parent Guidance Playbooks feature licensed therapists breaking down and explaining the lessons featured in each animated story. The therapists provide expert advice to parents and educators about how to use the lessons to connect in a meaningful way with teens.

"Is Anybody Out There?"

Wonder Media created the short film “Is Anybody Out There?” for the Barbara Sinatra Children’s Center Foundation to promote the importance of a trusted adult in a young adult’s life and the courage it takes for a teenager to tell their story when confronted by abuse from an adult.

"Are You Okay?"

Wonder Media created the short film “Are You Okay?”for the Barbara Sinatra Children’s Center as a think piece to capture the emotion of suffering from bullying that is so often difficult to put into words. To notice someone is in pain and to feel someone else’s pain, and then take action, no matter how small the gesture requires courage, empathy and deep compassion. The simple act of asking someone “are you okay” can begin the healing process.

The Protect Yourself Rules for Teens

Wonder Media created this animated series for the Barbara Sinatra Children’s Center to raise awareness and prevent sexual abuse for teens if they experience abusive behavior, educate them about what to do and encourage them to go to a parent or a trusted adult for help.
